Featuring H&R's exclusive dynamic damper technology, each shock is engineered to work in harmony with a progressive-rate spring, together creating a finely-tuned suspension system. The H&R Coilover kit fits all BMW E46 3-series and M3 (Select model) and provide a range of height between .5-2.2 inches front and .5-1.5 inches rear.
