As you know, Riss Racing has chosen to discontinue directly sponsoring the forums. The reason for this is that they are unable to handle the huge demands for customer service that have been placed on them in light of the unpredictable success of their products. Some of you have experienced this, or had a hard time getting a hold of the folks at RISS, because they are just so swamped!
So, at this time, the folks at Riss have come to the determination that it will be more productive for them to do what they do best - manufacture and develop quality products for your cars!
In turn, Riss Racing has designated us as their lead distributor, so we can do what WE do best - take phone calls, answer emails, assist customers, and make sure that orders are shipping on time.
What this means is that:
-If you have any questions about Riss Racing products (tech support, order status, sales, etc), contact us directly.
-Any emails or phone calls to RISS will be directed to us so that we can better assist you.
-We will begin stocking RISS products at our facility to speed up shipping times and facilitate local pickups.
This is a similar arrangement to what we've done with DiMisa, Vorsteiner, and many other brands. We find that when someone is talented at developing and manufacturing quality products, it's best to free up 100% of their time to do that. We, on the other hand, are equipped and trained to serve the customer, and wouldn't know how to engineer a downpipe if our lives depended on it!
So, with that, I will say that we look forward to serving you and welcome all of your inquiries!
