Where can I get these parts installed? Do you have a recommended shop? None of my angel eyes are working. They were fine last week. Please help! Where can I get these parts installed? Do you have a recommended shop? We are happy to coordinate or perform installations for local customers in Northern California. For customers in Southern California, we also have a few recommended shops we will be happy to set you up with. If you are not in California, The Tire Rack's List of Recommended Installers are a great installation option. You can drop-ship to their location, too!

None of my angel eyes are working. They were fine last week. Please help! When all 4 angel eyes go out at once, we know that something is wrong with the connection. Here are the places to check for a bad or loose connection. If your angel eyes work with remote activation but NOT with the ignition, please skip to #2!
-Is the fuse on the positive tap blown? First check the fuse located on the thick red or yellow wire connecting to the "+" terminal on the passenger side of your car. If it is blown, the wire inside will be broken in the middle, and you'll need to replace it with a new 15 amp fuse. We also suggest trying to figure out where the wires shorted, so that you don't continue blowing fuses. A good place to check is to make sure that none of the connectors going to the ballasts are touching each other or the chassis.
-Is your ECU tap solid? Often times, the remote kit will activate the angel eyes, but the ignition will not. This means that the ECU trigger is not activating the relay, and is usually an indication that something is loose in the ECU. Open up the ECU, on the driver's side of the car, and make sure that the vampire tap is secure, and that the spade connector is firmly secured within the slot of the vampire tap.
-Do you have a solid ground? Sometimes the ground can become loose, or can lose contact with the chassis. Check to make sure that the ground location you've chosen is making a secure contact to the chassis.
If none of these solutions have given new life to your demon eyes, there is a chance the relay has failed. Contact Us for immediate assistance.

I just received my new ballast but the connectors aren’t compatible with my old black connectors. You can either retrofit your old connectors onto the new ballast or the new connectors onto the ring. Follow this guide to show you how to retrofit new connectors: http://www.jlevisw.com/CWP.pdf

- My 194 LED Bulb or LED License Plate Light doesn't work! I JUST installed it!
Our LED Bulbs are directional. This means they only work one way in the car. If it doesn't work, take it out and flip it 180 degrees. It should work then!
