Shipping JleviSW reserves the right to switch carriers at our own discretion. If a customer places an order with a courier that may not be optimal for the specific item, JleviSW will send the items via a comparably priced method with another carrier. Such cases would include switching a FedEx shipment to UPS, or upgrading a customer to USPS Priority Mail. Additionally, for all Ground and Priority Mail shipments, JleviSW has no control over whether or not a package is left on your doorstep. This is up to the driver's judgement entirely. If you prefer to sign for your package, please select an express service. If you would like the package to be left, we recommend leaving a signed note, or delivering to a work address where you will be available to sign for your package. International Customers: all applicable duties, customs, tariffs, and brokerage fees must be paid by you, the recipient, upon delivery.
Returns In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, and all options have been explored, you can return the product for refund. Refunds issued in the following manner: -Product is shown to be less than satisfactory, defective, or otherwise unacceptable - 100% Money Back Guarantee, Including Shipping! -Unopened - 15% restocking fee for items stocked by JleviSW, fee may range for items drop-shipped. Shipping costs are non-refundable. -Opened, but not installed - 15% restocking fee for items stocked by JleviSW, fee may range for items drop-shipped. Shipping costs are non-refundable. -Opened, partially installed - Contact Us for Details. -Installed, being sent for warranty replacement - All parts must be removed properly, with their only defect being one of product failure. JleviSW will not warranty products that are further damaged during installation.
A picture must be provided of all damaged parts. To return your item, please contact us so that an Return Merchandise Authorization number can be issued prior to shipment. Any parcels sent back without an RMA Number clearly written on the package will NOT be opened! Except in cases where shipping errors are committed by JleviSW, the customer will be responsible for the costs of mailing returns to JleviSW. In cases where exchanges are necessary, JleviSW will bear the cost of mailing replacements, except in cases resulting from user error, such as ordering the wrong components.
Returning Wheels or Wheel & Tire Packages: -Wheel and Tire Packages are non-returnable, as tires have been mounted. Exceptions are made only in the case of defect -Wheels sold without tires that have been mounted with tires or installed on the car cannot be returned under any circumstances -Custom wheels require 50% non-refundable deposit. Cancellation will result in a forfeit of this deposit. Returns of any kind will not be accepted more than 30 days after your product arrives to you. We guarantee we will be completely fair in our assessment of each situation.
Returned parts must be in clean, unused, original condition, packed in the manufacturer's original packaging, and received by Jlevi StreetWerks, within 30 days of customer receipt. No return will be accepted without proof of purchase of date of sale. We will inspect all items before a refund is issued. No COD refunds will be accepted. When packages appear damaged on arrival, state condition of the container over your signature on the receipt. If you discover a damaged part after opening the package, notify the carrier immediately. We provide properly packaged contents at the time of carrier pickup. Direct claims to the carrier. However, should the carrier become unresponsive, we will endeavor to make things right.

All breakable packages are insured. It is the responsibility of the buyer to file the correct paperwork for their claim within 15 days of receipt. Jlevi StreetWerks will be willing submit any signatures, receipts, or information necessary for your claim.
