The Vellano Forged Wheel™ collection offers styles for performance and luxury. All of their wheels are custom made to order for the ultimate in appearance and function.

Available in 19, 20, 22 & 24 inch diameters. All wheels feature 6061 T6 centers and barrels. Width & lip size is maximized for each application unless requested otherwise.

All 19, 20, & 22 inch wheels are now 3-piece construction. All 24 inch wheels are now 2-piece construction.

MADE IN THE USA
Vellano Forged Wheels™ are custom made in Ontario, California. Vellano designs, CNC machines, and assembles their wheels entirely in house. This allows them to work closely with clients and offer applications that are truly tailor made, in a minimum amount of time.

MANUFACTURING
Vellano takes great pride in the fact that they CNC machine their wheels themselves. They have been manufacturing precision CNC machined racing and performance parts for the automotive industry for 7 years, and have contracted precision components to the aircraft industry.

MATERIALS
Vellano uses only aircraft grade 6061 T6 aluminum for both the centers and the barrels, non-corrosive stainless steel nuts & bolts for assembly, and CNC’d billet aluminum for the center cap.

TESTING
First, an in house engineering department uses CAD/CAM software to conduct computer simulated failure testing on each new wheel design. Then, a wheel prototype is sent to an independent lab where it is tested for fatigue, impact, and cornering according to the SAE J2530 specifications. Finally, they conduct a run out test in order to insure that every wheel we produce is within spec before leaving our factory.

FINISHES / SIZES
Standard finishes are machine brushed (diamond cut), chrome, painted, and color matched. Custom options are available. We currently offer 19, 20, 22, 24 & 26 inch diameter wheels in a variety of widths. In most cases lip sizes are maximized, unless requested otherwise.

APPLICATIONS
Vellano specializes in Wheels for Aston Martin®, Audi®, Bentley®, BMW®, Cadillac® Ferrari®, Jaguar®, Lamborghini®, Land Rover®, Maserati®, Maybach®, Mercedes-Benz®, Porsche®, and Rolls-Royce®. We do not make applications for every car on the road. If you would like to know if we manufacture for a particular car make and model, please give us a call.
