Featuring H&R's exclusive dynamic damper technology, each shock is engineered to work in harmony with a progressive-rate spring, together creating a finely-tuned suspension system. The H&R Coilover kit fits all BMW E81, E82, E87, E88 1 Series and provide a range of height between 1.2-2.0 inches front and 1.0-2.0 inches rear.
